This is an advanced tutorial so take your time and follow each step to the number:

Open up your photoshop (if you don't already have it open) and try this tutorial out and post your outcome. Razz Be creative and use your own shape

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 450×450 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open New Layer with the help of Ctrl+Shift+N & then select FFFFFA Color in Forground & 37379D color in Background
& then Go to Filter>Render>Clouds & your image will be look as shown below

[3]-Now go to Filter>Pixelate>Crystallize & use the following settings

[4]-Now go to Blending Options with click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[5]-Now select Inner shadow & use the following settings,OK

[6]-Now select Custom Shape Tool & use the following shape & settings

[7]-Now create the following shape & with the help of Custom Shape Tool & then select Pen Tool & click & select Make Selection

[8]-Now apply the following settings in Make Selection

[9]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[10]-Now fill the selection with any color & then Go to Blending Options with click on ‘f’which is indicating by Hand sign

[11]-Now select Inner Shadow & apply the following settings

[12]-Now select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[13]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[14]-Now select Satin Structure & apply the following settings

[15]-Now select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[16]-Now select Pattern Overlay & use the following settings

[17]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[18]-Now go to Image Ready with the help of Ctrl+Shift+M & after that select Layer2 & make Duplicate Layer with the help of
press Ctrl+J & then rotate the following Shape with the help of Ctrl+T & then ENTER

[19]-Now make Duplicate layer2 with the help of Press Ctrl+J & your layer pallete will
be as shown below

[20]-Now create the following Transformation with the help of Press Ctrl+T & then ENTER

[21]-Now GO to WINDOW>ANIMATION & then create the 2 Duplicate Frame with the help of 2 times click on following button which
is indicating by Hand sign

[22]-Now select Frame1 & Hide the following Layers

[23]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[24]-Now select Frame2 & Hide the following Layers

[25]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[26]-Now select Frame3 & hide the following Layers

[27]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[28]-Now play the animation with the help of CLick on following Green Button which is indicatin by Hand sign
as shown below

[29]-Now go to FILE>SAVE OPTIMIZED AS. finally, all settings have been completed & Your image will be look as shown below
